MICHAEL SILVA, PRESIDENT
Michael learned his craft as a young man working as a manager for Chevron USA in Miami, after graduation from George T. Baker Aircraft Technical College.l. Chevron turned out to be the first rung on the ladder in Michaels illustrious career.
Michael moved on to MJM Manufacturing also in Miami and quickly established his credentials as a leader in metal manufacturing. Michael’s 26 year career at MJM starting as a machine operator, learning the industry from the bottom up. He quickly rose to Forman then Production Manager, all the while learning CNC Programing, estimating and design. Michaels dedication to his job lead him to be promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing. Where he supervised inventory, equipment purchasing and maintenance, engineering, human resources, and planned production. All the while becoming proficient in:
- Blueprint reading
- CAD , Solidworks and various CAM software
- Basic Electricity, high and low voltage circuits
- Materials and Processes Training
- Lean Manufacturing and Kanban, 5S
- ISO 9001 Training, implementation and certification
Michael started Metalworks Engineering in 2011 and has placed his company in position to become a leader in metal manufacturing in South Florida and the U.S.A.

Michael Silva is an active member of his community and devotes his time off to his son and volunteer work, both in his local High School and The National Park Service.
ERYSLEN GONZALEZ, CORPORATE CONTROLLER
Eryslen earned a B.A. in accounting from Florida International University in 2010.
While attending university Eryslen worked at Home Equity Mortgage in Miami as an accounting clerk. In her six years at Home Equity Mortgage Eryslen responsibilities grew as she completed her accounting degree. Eryslen was responsible for all bank reconciliations, A/R and A/P as well as general ledger.
Eryslen joined Metal Works in 2014 as Corporate Controller, she is responsible for all accounting practices, bank reconciliations and Human Resources.
Eryslen is the proud mom of two daughters and spend her free time with her girls and volunteering in her community and local church.
IGOR KOTLYAR, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS METAL WORKS
Igor is a Solid Works Certified Designer , as well as current on ISO standards, Auto CAD, and OSHA Workshops.
Igor career started with Superior Rex in Hallendale Florida, he was hired as a machine operator and programmer in 1998.
He next moved to Carlin Fabrication as a programmer and added estimator to his expertise. Igor stayed until the company went out in 2003.
In 2003 Anro Metals in Pompano Beach Florida hired Igor as the Estimations Manager/Programmer. Igor left Anro in 2006 and moved to MJM Manufacturing in Miami. Igor again increased his knowledge of metal manufacturing and was hired as an Engineering estimator.
In 2016 Igor joined with Michael Silva to to form Metal Works Engineering Corp, as the Director of Operations,where he is responsible for the daily production, engineering, and scheduling.
Igor is married and with one child and lives in Miami.
